This high voltage BMS is suitable for operation in the range of 48 Vdc to 900 Vdc. All the essential components for a safe and reliable battery system are integrated in this device with a compact design. Power connectors allow easy connection of batteries in series. Amphenol PowerLok connectors are rugged and have an integrated HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop) for connection monitoring. The low contact resistance allows currents up to 500 A continuously.
To increase the capacity of the system, connect several groups in parallel. As a result, the capacity of your system will increase proportionally. This means: flexible design and easy system integration.
Master HV monitors and tracks all relevant parameters to provide insight into battery health and energy consumption. The compact design makes it ideal for use in applications with limited space.
MG Master HV stores information with daily reports and special events in its internal memory, such as: fail-safe shutdowns. Extract the recorded information from the Master HV and save it to a file with the MG Diagnostic Tool. Plus, remotely monitor and manage your battery system with the MG Energy Portal. This web-based platform gives a direct view of all relevant data and basic battery parameters of your installation.
